Technical sessions will include: Conductivity Testing; Sand Pack Design; Geothermal Quality Assurance Program; Sonic Drilling Overview; Submersible/VFD Pumps; Drilling Industry Training Opportunities; Drilling Muds, Fluids, Foams & Cementing Techniques; Coil Tubing Drilling Overview; Drilling Economics; Airburst Development Techniques; Geothermal Distribution Systems & Thermal Storage etc.
The MGEA and Manitoba Water Well Association shall hold a Public Forum. This forum includes a presentation about geothermal technology and preservation of ground water. The general public will have the opportunity to ask questions about geothermal technology and water preservation to a panel of local experts. The public is invited to attend at no cost.
The last day of the conference and trade show will be a driller and geothermal demonstration. We expect to see equipment that has never been seen in Canada.
The program includes workshops and seminars that will be of interest to geothermal providers and well drillers. We have guests registered from throughout Canada and the US.
The Canadian Well Water Association and Provincial Water Well industry would like to strengthen the working relationship with geothermal providers in Canada. This conference and trade show is an opportunity to build that relationship and develop networking capabilities throughout North America.
